This package has three parts: A 30 minute Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment done at your own convenience. A 60-minute comprehensive debrief where you will learn about your leadership ability during normal & stressed state. + List of books and resources to help you work on your leadership skills on your own. A 30minute follow up private coaching to assess your progress and address any potential issues.
