I am a communication coach, award-winning public speaker, and podcaster. With a master's degree in Biology and almost a decade of experience in academic and biotech industries, I left the science world in 2016 to create a more meaningful impact on people’s lives.  Since then, I have founded two organizations that support immigrants. In 2022, I received an award for contributing to the community of women business owners in San Diego. In 2023 & 2024, I won multiple awards from the Toastmasters International Speech competition. But to me, no award is as meaningful as knowing the lives I have touched.

Currently, I train and mentor adults and youth to improve their public speaking, communication, and leadership skills.
