Leadership Assessment

Service Description

This assessment is for growth minded individuals who love to learn about themselves. Forbes magazine reports this assessment as one of the top three assessments for those who desire to become influential leader. This package has three parts: A 30 minute Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment done at your own convenience. A 60-minute comprehensive debrief where you will learn about your leadership ability during normal & stressed state. + List of books and resources to help you work on your leadership skills on your own. A 30minute follow up private coaching to assess your progress and address any potential issues.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. I certify that I do not suffer from any physical or mental disability that might affect my participation in the coaching process, and if I have any substance abuse problem or mental illness, I have consulted with my physical and other healthcare professionals and have been advised that I may participate in the coaching process without risk. I agree that if there is any change in this representation, I will promptly inform the coach. I agree that, in the event of any claim or grievance by me against Mehran Sorourian, my sole remedy will be the return of the fees paid to Mehran Sorourian. Mehran Sorourian is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the total amount of fees paid by the client.
